CHJAAF 2023 Refund Policy
Football
Before May 31, 2023 – FULL refund.
June 1, 2023 through July 23, 2023 – Full refund less the $75 non-refundable deposit.
July 24, 2023 through July 30, 2023 – 50% refund less the $75 non-refundable deposit.
Beginning July 31, 2023 – No Refund.
Cheer
Before May 17, 2023 – FULL refund.
May 18, 2023 through July 23, 2023 – Refund less all uniform cost, raffle ticket/candy
bar fundraiser.
Beginning July 24, 2023 – No Refund.
There is no refund for Conditioning Camp.
You will not receive any raffle tickets if you drop from the program
(Football and Cheer) at any time. In addition, you will not receive the following program items: uniform, trophy, candy bar sales or pictures.
All program payments.
There is NO refund for any credit card fees.
